How do I know which treatment is right for me?
You do not need to decide before you book. Your consultation is an opportunity to discuss your skin, concerns and goals so Nanda can assess the options that may be most appropriate for you. Recommendations are based on suitability rather than simply choosing a treatment from a menu.
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
This depends on the treatment. Some treatments require a consultation or suitability assessment beforehand, while others may be discussed and carried out within the same appointment where appropriate. If you are unsure, booking a consultation is the best place to start.
What happens if I am not suitable for the treatment I want?
Suitability comes first. If the treatment you originally had in mind is not considered appropriate, this will be explained to you and alternative options may be discussed. You should never feel committed to proceeding with a treatment simply because you booked a consultation.
How much downtime should I expect?
Downtime varies considerably between treatments. Some have little or no downtime, while treatments such as advanced resurfacing may require a longer recovery period. Expected downtime, aftercare and realistic results should be discussed before you proceed.
Can treatments and professional skincare be combined?
Yes, where appropriate. Professional skincare can form part of a wider skin plan alongside aesthetic treatments. The aim is to consider your overall skin goals rather than treating products and procedures as completely separate decisions.
